As Head of Marketing you will
Design a 360 deployment communication strategy to promote our product and services according to the company vision.
Given the company goals, explore and plan a strong research roadmap, especially those related to product commercialization, product marketing and corporate events.
Develop brand positioning for both 2B and 2C audiences, for brand distinctiveness globally
Manage public relations and integrated marketing communications, from strategy to execution in market
Build and manage the marketing team.
Lead relationships with external marketing agencies. Manage day to day communication with partners and internal clients (agencies, government institutions, other departments, clients and potential partners, and so on)
Help other teams at Multiverse (growth, sales, services, product, executive, HR) with marketing aspects when required.

Professional degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of previous experience managing marketing teams and departments, preferably in fast-paced environments within technology or start-up organizations
Knowledge of full marketing funnel for 2B and 2C, with emphasis on digital marketing (SEO, SEM, CRM, social media, design, etc.).
Strong assertiveness and communication skills.
Creativity and adaptability to reactive environments.
Leadership and strategic thinking skills. Able to craft strategies and communicate to C-Level in line with business objectives.
Perfect command of the English language
Software product marketing experience.
Start up and scale up technological company experience.
