Responsibility:

• Compilation and preparation of documentation: gather all necessary labour, economic and administrative legal documents for external stakeholders.
• Support building reports and providing insightful information.

• Maintain and update financial spreadsheets, databases, and records.

• Communication with External Entities: Interact with consultants, suppliers or other financial institutions to obtain information or comply with specific requirements in tasks related to grant justification.

• FinOps support: provide support with customer and supplier transactions, adding inputs into ERP.

• Assistance in the organization of financial and legal documents.
• Perform other ad hoc finance-related tasks and projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields.

• Perfect command of English.

• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive and collaborator, capable of building relationships across diverse teams and cultures.

• A practical, logical thinker, resourceful, excellent attention to detail and reliable.

• Enthusiastic, flexible ability to multitask and calm under pressure.

• Communication Skills and Adaptability: The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, is important to collaborate with other team members. As well as adapting to different changes.

• Time Management and Organization: Sufficient ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, maintaining organized financial records and documents.

• Financial literacy and initiative: Demonstrate a genuine interest in learning and contributing to the department.
