As a Software Project Manager, you will
Manage end-to-end delivery of software engineering projects from initiation through release
Partner with Platform and Product teams to define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; proactively remove blockers
Communicate project status, timelines, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps, and Product
Ensure alignment with engineering best practices, quality standards, and release processes
Support release planning, versioning, and go-to-market coordination
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, processes, and tooling
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience managing software development projects
Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
Experience working directly with software engineers and technical leads
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate technical discussions into actionable plans and timelines
Proficiency with project management tools (Monday, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Superb presentation skills and executive communication
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams effectively.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail
Perfect command of English (Fluent or Native)
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience managing large-scale or distributed engineering teams
Familiarity with modern software architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management
Experience working in product-driven or SaaS environments
Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe
Background in QA, development, or technical program management
